Mistakenly took two progynova tablets

I am suppose to take one tablet three times a day and tonight I mistakenly took 2 instead of one, now I am v woriiedincase they harm me, please help

Im sure 1 extra tablet wont do any harm, try not to worry too much!! Just be careful of using the correct dose in future.xx

I take 2 tablets twice a day at 7 weeks so it’s not a harmful dose

Thanks Diane and everybody, I was v worried whole that night but now I will try my best not to do that again but it’s just human thing that we lost the track and forget things, I am in Svere nausea and can’t eat anything and this schedule of medications is on the top, I am also not taking it real that I am actually 8 week pregnant as I misscarried last time , so I hope everything is okay inside me 😒, this journey is too difficult and we all are v strong people by will but sometimes I get so weak and get scared, Hope God almighty bless all of us Ameen

Agreed one extra tablet is absolutely fine I was taking 2 three times a day on previous frozen cycle...just carry on as normal from the next dose xxx

I have to take 3 a day and forgot one a few times so had to set reminders on my phone lol x

I set reminders too but sometimes still forget that did I took or not ☺️

I also mark them with the day 😂 so I know I take the 3 needed x

That’s a good idea ☺️, I am having headach too from yesterday hoping all okay as I havnt really had headach in previous weeks
