Implantation bleeding and cramping?

Wondering if anyone experienced this. Currently at 10dpo; started spotting yesterday only a bit (brownish CM) and again today a pinkish-red and i am a bit panicky(so sorry if tmi). I also have some cramping, nothing like my period cramps but def feel them.

I want to believe that this could be due to implantation but I am scared. I miscarried last month at 5weeks and afraid it will happen again😔 Got a bfn today with fmu although it was with a cheepie test and my AF is due in 3 days.. Don't want to bring my hopes up but I am experiencing plenty of symptoms that make me believe I am pregnant.
