What is happening?

Hi I really need some advice.

The bottom test is from last week (on my test date) and I was so happy it was positive, I did 2 more all the same. Today a week later I thought I'd check on my little embryo, there have been no reasons to worry and the top test is what I got. I can still see a faint line but why is it no longer dark? Should I do another test?

I think that test is faulty. If you look at the picture on the test, it’s the other line that should appear if negative no? That doesn’t look like the control line but the test line that’s dark? Buy another of these tests and test again just to be sure.

Thank you sooo much I never thought about that, just went into massive melt down. I ordered these tests online because I couldn't get to a pharmacy. I'll check with another test

No not faulty she's just got too much HCG for the test! Looking good xx

Oh I didn’t know that. For sure it wasn’t a negative with that line being so dark. Good to know!

Hi Sarah,

When your HCG levels get too high for the test, it starts to steal dye from the control line, which is looks like it’s done here! So I would say you are very pregnant 😊 xx

The higher your hCG gets into your pregnancy, the test line steals the dye from the control line so all looking great I would say!!xx

Thank you so much everyone, its hard not to panic immediately. Got a 7 week scan booked for 16th April but its a long waiting game. I think I'll stick to Clear Blue next time with clear words that tell you. Thank you
