I hope you’re all staying safe during this crazy time.
I just wanted to introduce my little princess Jasmine. She was born on 9th Feb weighing a whopping 9.3 lbs 😱 She was due on the 29th January but wanted to stay in a little longer.
I had a traumatic birth lasting 48 hours. We went from a water birth to the delivery suite and managed to give birth on gas and air. After the delivery I had a retained placenta that needed surgical removal and needed a weeks stay in hospital due to haemorrhaging and risk of infection.
Me and Jasmine are doing really well and enjoying spending mommy and daughter time together.
I just wanted to say a huge thank you for all the lovely ladies that offered support and advice during a time when I felt helpless and hopeless. I thought I would never be lucky enough to experience this miracle.
I admire everyone’s strength as I know the difficult road that may lie ahead. I’m glad that we all have each other for support as it can be incredibly isolating on the outside world. Keep strong ladies we’re in this together - we’ve got this! 😘💪 xx
