Progesterone depression

Hi all,

I am currently taking progesterone and find it makes me suffer pretty badly with my mood. Feel incredibly low when taking it and really starting to struggle. I just wondered if anyone had experienced similar?

Hi Cmfriend, I suffered with anxiety and low moods terribly from it. I found myself arguing over trivial things with my husband which made the 2ww harder. Sorry you are struggling my only advise would be to remind yourself that you are feeling that way because of medication it’s a temp thing. When you feel it coming on make a conscious decision to do something nice for yourself for an hour to lift your mood xxx
