12dp3dt pinkish spotting??

Hi there. So I’m 12dp3dt. My HCG test was yesterday but they didn’t give me result by end of day and now the clinic doesn’t open until Tuesday. I had to go to a private clinic in London to get the test bc my IVF treatment was in Brussels. So I have no results but last night and this afternoon I’ve had pink/reddish discharge when I do a cervix check ... but not enough to ever show up on tp. I’m confused. Is this my period starting or spotting or something else? I don’t have period cramps. I’ve had on and off mild pinching pains in my lower right abdomen for about five or six days. Should I continue taking progesterone pills or is that preventing my period from starting?

Oh how awful they didn't get results back to you same day, Tuesday is far too long to wait. Do you have a hpt? I would do that but regardless of results keep taking progesterone until your told otherwise. I was told there's no harm taking it even if it feels like it's preventing your period. I had red bleeding with clots and wanted to stop meds but glad I didn't as I'm nearly 9 weeks pregnant now.

Hi lovely. I would continue to take the meds whilst you don't know if you're pregnant or not. Sorry to hear your clinic is taking a long time to get back to you! Frustrating. Where are you based? If you're near me, I have a spare pregnancy test you could pick up! I'm in Berkshire. xxxx
