I thought I would post a little recipe (that to be honest I have most weekends!!) But with pancake day coming up, and probably a lot of us are trying our best to keep our diet as healthy as possible, maybe cutting out the sugar and in general following a very boring way of lifeπ€£
Here is something we can have on pancake day or just treat ourselves in general!
Just blend it all together to make a batter and ladle into pan and fry off each side. I have mine with nut butter and fruit. Enjoy ladies... .or just have the wonderful sugary goodness pancakes you would normally have a have a well deserved break. This journey is tough enough. Lots of love and hugs xxxx π
