Just a little update...

I didn’t realise I hadn’t actually posted on here for so long (8 months, time flies!) until Daisy just mentioned it, as I’ve just been popping on and chatting to others, but a little update from where we’re at...... Were about to start our 3rd fresh cycle, which I’m really not in the right place for. I was having a lovely IVF break after our last BFN in Feb, the plan was to not start our next round until the end of next Feb as we’re get married on the 8th Feb which the clinic said was fine, then the day I spend in hospital as my sisters birthing partner (that was a very mixed day of emotions!) they ring me to say I have to go again ASAP as there concerned if I wait until Feb I may not produce any eggs. So not really in the right head space to be starting in a week, also don’t want to look like a pot bellied pig in my wedding dress!! Which I know sounds really vain and I should just be grateful that I’m in a lucky position to have treatment but it’s taken me until now to lose the weight I gained on my last cycle! But I really shouldn’t moan when I see what you other ladies are going through at the moment, so that’s me very much not wearing my positive pantsx x

Thanks lovely. I started stimming on Monday so well under way now 👍. Got our follicle scan this coming Monday 🤞xx

Good luck! We did a freeze all cycle earlier in the year as we just got married 2 weeks ago and I didn’t want to be a bulging bride either!! But TBH if I’d got pregnant in the meantime I would have been so over the moon it wouldn’t have mattered... plus not drinking at your wedding is a good thing so you remember it all xx

Thanks hunny, I know what you’re mean it would be amazing if this round did work as our little bean would be at our wedding day, I’d just have to hope the dress I’ve already bought still fits 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ x x x
