Hi Currently getting extreme cramps. Have for a few times todsaynow. Hpt negative today. Is cramping good or bad sign. Anyone else with similar cramping? What was the outcome?

Hi I had cramping the first week of my ftp and lower back pain like AF was on it's way and it turned out to be a bfp.

The cramps can be implantation related, so try not to read too much into it. I know it's difficult but try to relax and think positive. Also if you can try avoid testing early as I personally felt that it disheartened me, especially the negative ones and even the very faint positive lines as you start worrying about chemical pregnancy etc.
