5-6dpt Spotting/Bleeding

I went to bed in tears last night and had an awful nights sleep.

Yesterday was 5dpt... I went pee and wiped to find blood 😣 watery pinky red. Woken this morning and same again.

Of course I thought this could be more spotting as I already saw brown on 3dpt

My normal un medicated cycles are usually 24/25 days long and yesterday was 24days since my last AF... I’m now beside myself with worry as I feel like I’m coming on 😭😭😭😭😭😭 should I bother to call the clinic? What can they do anyway? If it’s coming it’s going to come!!!! I’m so fed up

Brown at 3dp could have been a bit of blood from transfer. Watery pinky red at 5dp sounds like a good sign. Try not to lose hope xx

Arrrr it’s just so frustrating. it now seems to be every other wipe 😣 trying to stay positive, thanks for responding x

I experienced spotting at around the same time. My clinic told me it was very normal. I would just give your clinic a call anyway. I hope it all works out for you xxxx

Thnx for the advice... I gave them a call and the nurse advised to continue with progesterone and test on my OTD. Thanks for your advice x

Call the clinic. It may be that they up the pessaries, or advise that you take them rectally instead. Fingers crossed for you xx

I called and asked If they recommend upping my progesterone dosage but nurse said no😖I should continue with what I’m taking until OTD She also said if this bleed is my AF and not spotting it means this is a failed cycle 😭😭😭😭😭😭

What a lovely, caring nurse. Sometimes I think they forget that this is not just a medical procedure but actually hopes and dreams. Big hugs to you and I hope it turns out positive x

OMG my thoughts exactly.. tbh i know exactly who i spoke to on the phone and already found her to be quite blasie the times I've seen her in the clinic. I also found it pretty insensitive that she's heavily pregnant and working in a "infertility clinic.." just my opinion maybe a change of department whilst showing.

Anyway thank you so much for your positive vibes and support, my bleeding/spoting turned brown earlier this afternoon and has now stopped. I'm so pleased xxx

That's great news. Fingers crossed that is the end of your bleeding and you have an uneventful 2ww until a positive on otd xx

Don't give up hope hun!!

I had spotting and bleeding after my OTD and honestly I thought it was game over but I went to the clinic and my little embie was still snuggled in there.

It's not truly over until your OTD, just keep believing xx

Thanks... it’s stopped now thankfully as I was in a panic earlier...😌 Congratulations to you hopefully I will have a similar turn out x
