How you deal with cramping after transfer? X

Hi girls.

The following is on my mind. This is my second 2ww and i dont remember this from my first time.

I know cramping is normal after transfer BUT i am 6dp5dt fet and everytime i want to cook or i go for a walk my cramping becomes more intense.

Cramping is both in the middle as also around both my ovaries !?!

Anyone experienced this? A bit scared i will lose this one too xx

I had cramping in the middle and on both sides, it alternated all the time, from day 3 all the way through and even after 2WW. I got a bfp so it’s not always a bad sign, I was told it was a good sign (in hindsight obviously) so try and stay positive x

This also happened to me. I went and saw my doctor who did the transfer. Everything was normal. I will be 8 weeks tomorrow so that's a positive look. I would take it easy, rest and try no to do any heavy lifting. I was very sensitive after as well

Yes I even cramped when I walked a short distance. Give your body some rest. Still til this day, when I carry anything with moderate weight my uterus cramps. The baby is doing fine so I'm trying not to stress and make it through my first trimester

Bless you and your baby. Thanks for the advice ❤️

Cramping is very normal and happens with both natural and assisted pregnancies. In my experience the higher your dose of progesterone the stronger the cramps. They really are the worst bit about pregnancy, especially when your heart is forever in your throat as it is with us IVF ladies! My friend was told by her fertility doctor that cramps continuing is a reassuring thing.

Hi Lovely. Thats a reassurance thank you. I just panicked because I saw a connection between moving and cramping.

Im on 7dp5dt and today started spotting as well.

Praying for all my ivf sisters as this is truly a cruel anxious time xx
