2WW & Testing Early

So I caved in yesterday after saying I was going to wait until official testing day. I ended up buying a cheap x2 stick pregnancy test box and did a test yesterday just before work but nothing showed up. I knew it was too early anyway and it was in the middle of the day but I just wanted to put my mind at ease even though I knew it wouldn’t show anything so mentally I was prepared for that.

I woke up this morning and decided to do the last test out of the box. My official testing day isn’t until Feb 19th so it’s still another 6 days yet. But as you can ses the faintest line has started to show up and this has given me a little positivity and hope if anything. I am not on any medication this time and have done a natural cycle with a frozen embryo which had early hatching. I know it is still really early in my 2WW but I am hoping this is the start of my BFP and the line will be nice and dark on Feb 19th. I am not telling my husband because I don’t want to give him any false hope right now because I want to be realistic because it’s so early.

Anybody else experienced a really faint line 5DPT which led to a BFP?

That looks promising however things can change and go in either direction....sorry I dont want to say that to scare you. The danger of early testing is it can go either way....this happened to me last year, nice early positive but it didnt last. Fingers crossed for your official test date!xx

Yeah I am being realistic and not telling anyone about it until my official testing day. I just needed to try it was playing on my mind. 6 days to go x Hope you are doing well x

That looks good. My 5dp 5dt line looked like that. All the best

Yes the line got darker. I did test on 4dp 5dt and its was a very faint line there that day too. Was more obvious on 5dp.
