Round 2 day 1

And so it starts again! First scan today, got my normal 4 follies on right side and the left is still hidden. Got 2 at 8, one at 7, and one at 9, and start menopur today, bloods all normal so the same as last time. Back for scan 2 on monday. Last time i only had 3 and i was in for egg collection, please, please, please let it knock me out this time!

I have lol, they are giving me sedation before i actually go into the room so it has time to work. If it doesnt have a huge effect on me they are going to talk to me the whole time, explaining everything they are doing as a distraction, but hoping it works enough to at least relax me xx

Lots of luck!! And definitely ensure you get that sedation! On my egg collection last week the anaesthetist offered me the choice of minimal sedation so I’d still be conscious or a higher dose so I wouldn’t (never been asked before). After remembering your experience I immediately said give me the highest dose please! xxx

Im glad it worked out for you, yes they are really on top of it and its been talked about at length, so i hope its better for me and they get to check all follicles this time. Xxx
