So. I'm out of my 2 week wait and despite a long wait for blood tests results from gp. It is a positive. In my 2ww. I went to work I walked and then day after testing went to gym. Not had any symptoms then went back to gym today and just did a gentle jog and light weights which it said was OK on Tommy's website. Had a bit of bleeding but trying to remain calm. I'm just taking it day by day. Nothings sunk in yet and I'm hoping this is a blip. Just wanted to say to all there is hope. Ive not had any symptoms except weeing a lot. Best wishes for everyone x.

With my first pregnancy I had a small bleed for a day and it was all fine in the end. With my second pregnancy I had a few days of brown spotting and that ended up ok too. And when I was pregnant with my third, I bled from week 4 to week 12, some days filling a pad or even two. The scans had shown that while my baby was fine, I also had an empty sac which might have been an early miscarriage of a second baby. So a little bleeding may not be anything to worry about. Do take it early for the first three months to be on the safe side, speak to your doctor to see if bed rest is needed. Very best of luck with everything and enjoy your pregnancy x

Thanks. That's reassuring. I think just avoid the gym just to be, sure. My nurse in Greece is very happy with my hcg levels. Slightly worried I've self sabatoged but trying to stay positive. I'm having early nights etc but thanks for

My Dr advised me not to do exercise that would get my heart rate up too much, so walking is great, spin class not so much. I don't think anything that you've done is anything to worry about. Im impressed you have the energy to go to the gym, the first trimester all I wanted to do was sleep!! Congratulations and hope it all goes smoothly xxx

Hi thanks. Tbh I just had a burst ofenergy yesterday and most advice is exercise to the extent that you can still hold a conversation and even Tommy's website said lifting weights is good. It also helps my mentsl health. I'll just be more gentle in future though

Hi I think hcg was 115 so did second blood test but result went straight to Greece, but she said it was good.. Yes need to re think fitness. Hope haven't jeopardised it. How you doing? X

Ahhh great starting number! I'm sure if they are happy then all fabby! I'm doing ok, trying not to think about testing but then it just makes me think about it more!!🤣xx
