My progestrone blood test came back at 7.56 one day before transfer. I've been using intramuscluar lentogest and lubion. This is so low. Can anyone help me understand these results. Transfer is today

Urgent progestrone question
Hopefully your clinic can help you . Mine don’t even test it we just take gel pessaries morning and night 🤷🏼♀️ If it’s classed as low surely they have other ways to boost it or why else would they check?
Try not to worry, go ring them now and ask to put your mind at rest 💐😘
I'm at the clinic now waiting to be seen. This clinic is good but sometimes they dont listen. In 4 transfers here this is the first that they've agreed to test my progestrone. Might resort to self medicating if dont listen
Ask them why is progesterone pessaries etc prescribed?....... let them answer ( hopefully they will explain to maintain lining and parent miscarriage) then ask what is ideal result before transfer? What more can they do to raise yours!!!!!!! So many woman bang on about it!
Go in strength and ask your questions! I read one person said they boosted from transfer day on and checked bloods two days later and kept checking etc and it finally worked!!!
All the best 💐💐💐💐
I was in the same boat last Wednesday hun. We did test the progesterone the day of the transfer (first time they agreed to check it) and the results were 13 only where they want it to be over 50. Now I’m on 2 cyclogest and 2 Lubion a day. If your results came back so low they should definitely increase your progesterone. Best of luck hun and all my fingers crossed for you 🤞🤞🤞🤞💕💕xx
Hey, I know you are in Greece so they will be using ng/ml. You're right though, this is low. They should be around 20ng/ml. Your clinic should be able to guide you on how much to increase your meds but sounds like you need to pronto! I'm on cyclogest as well as lubion.xx
Here is the conversion....you want your levels at least 20ng/ml or over 60nmol/l.

Thanks so much for this. This is so helpful in getting my husband to understand what I am banging on about. I will update after I've spoken to the doctors. Whatever they say hubby and I have decided to double our dose.
I definitely would, it's really important for implantation and womb preparation! Sometimes using a mix of pessaries and injections can help instead of just injections! Some clinics even like it over 100 nmol/l but my clinic say that's not necessary! Just make sure you have the correct units....makes it sound like you know what you're talking about too!!xx
So they did their typical spiel about blood test results not being reflective of what's in the uterus. They dont want to up it. I could see their professional backs go up when they ask if we dont think their doing what's in our best interest. So confused. Please give me advice if you can
Are you taking lentogest everyday? Seems a bit strange to be so low on IM progesterone when they're supposed to be the good standard for blood levels? 🤔
