When can I have a bath
Hi lovely I was told you shouldn't have a bath or swim for 2 weeks from EC and transfer, due to risk of infection.
Wishing you all the best with this cycle xx
My doctor advised me no baths or swimming for 2 weeks I also had collection on Monday x
Hello, I wasn't advised not to have a bath after egg collection or before transfer - in fact I had had baths most days leading to transfer as I was in a bit of pain after egg collection which provided some relief.
Not after transfer was the advice from my clinic
No baths after egg collection unfortunately for risk of infection. Good luck for tranfser.xx
I got told no bath or swimming for 7 days then fine
I got this text from my clinic 2 days after Tranfer!! I still haven’t been for a bath because i have seen so much stuff on here about not bathing but it must be fine if they sent me this...
We are thinking about you at the fertility clinic. Take care of yourself and try to do something today that makes you feel relaxed. Consider a warm bath, going for a walk, meditation, yoga or whatever works for you.
I wasn’t able to have a bath until my 6 week scan ☺️ x
