Down regulation scan done stims next

Hi all, just had down reg scan and all as it should be seen 6+ follicles on one side and 4+ on other. Start 225 ovaleap to stim on Friday feel excited, nervous and just overall emotional that we are finally at the start of our ivf journey. 🤞🏼

I got so caught up with the meds instructions that I forgot to ask about going to gym classes during stimming 🙈 can anyone give me any information on this please? X

Ring your clinic to check but I didn't run or do anything strenuous during stimming or immediately after egg collection. I felt rough by the end of stims so didn't feel sad to not be running. Hope it goes super well
