Question for a friend - eggs don’t mature.

Anyone had their eggs not mature properly? Even with a double trigger? A friends eggs don’t mature properly which they say is probably an inherited issue, but it’s meant 2 egg retrieval’s they haven’t matured enough at collection.

Any advice would be appreciated!

Do all eggs not mature? Do you know her age? I have a problem with 50% of my eggs not maturing even with a double and delayed trigger and doctors have told me it is probably an egg quality issue. For my next cycle I am trying the long protocol with at least 13 days of stims and growth hormone which they said might improve the outcome x

Hopefully someone who has experienced this will message you soon.

Tell her to ask her clinic.

Ask them why this could be?

What can they do to ensure it improves etc ?

What other medication / vitamins etc could help the situation?

They maybe need to change her medication? or tune in more to her cycle etc.

They should be able to guide her at a follow up meeting.

Hope someone offers similar stories soon.
