I paid £8 a vial from stork. They deliver to your home address free of charge too which was a bonus!

Oh amazing! How long did it take?

My clinic have agreed to do a progesterone blood test on my transfer day and if my progesterone is low they’ll prescribe Lubion but they can’t supply it themselves they said

Next day if you order by 2pm... I think! You’ll just have to get your clinic to send the prescription over to them xx

I got my Lubion from Asda pharmacy for £8 a vial as well, but you have to order a full box at a time (7 vials)

The supplier sent it on next day delivery to the store as well, as long as your put the prescription in by around 2

I got mine from Asda.....for one box it was £57.40 but I think that was including some needles. I also bought some abroad in Greece and it was even cheaper if this applies.xx

Ahhh they had to order it in so a few days unfortunately so this may not work for you. Could you have your levels tested the day before transfer to have extra time? Might even be worth getting it prior for peace of mind.xx

in reply toCinderella5

Ah okay!

I had to really push my clinic to be able to get the blood test on transfer day (that I’m paying for) they kept saying “it not recommended”. I’ll call them and mention it and reiterate when I have my day 10 scan.

That is also a good idea, to get the prescription before hand xx

Well it may be £50 odd quid that you didnt have to spend but better safe than sorry! Its so annoying that clinics dont believe levels can be low. My NHS clinic swore blind that wasnt possible, yet I always bled early before OTD and it turns out they were wrong as suspected!xx

It is really frustrating! I’ve decided I’m going to have the blood test the day before so that I can get my prescription sorted and meds hopefully delivered on transfer day.

It’s my last NHS try so I want to make sure I have this covered, still convinced my endo is causing problems with implantation but I’ve been told it’s not!xx

Well at least you'll know you've done all that you can and that unfortunately is all we can do! Good luck with your cycle....hope you are successful!xx

Small update, clinic have agreed to prescribe Lubion now and not wait until after blood test, such a relief!!

Great news, well done for persevering!xx

Another update, called the clinic again today as I was having trouble getting my prescription in Asda and it turns out Lubion is covered by my nhs cycle! They say the nhs covers all the drugs no matter the price of them so that’s a relief. They’re getting the prescription sorted and delivered by fertility2u next week 😊

Lining check tomorrow on CD10, I’m super nervous but hoping all the things I’ve been doing have helped. My lining got to just under 8mm on my fresh cycle so I’m a bit worried

Ooh, I was told by my clinic that the nhs doesn’t cover lubion so I had to pay for mine. Interesting to know!

Good luck for your lining check xx

in reply toSolly-44

Yeah when the nurse said on the phone I was shocked! But she said there’s a lot of confusion with it. She assured me it’s covered so I hope she’s got it correct!

Thank you 😊 xx

I hope they haven’t told me the wrong thing! I’ll check with them again today xx

No I didn’t mean to panic you! I’m sure it’s right as your nurse confirmed. Maybe just varies amongst CCGs or something x

in reply toSolly-44

No don’t worry, I panic about everything these days! Lining was 7.6mm, not too happy but I don’t start progesterone until Saturday so might grow a bit more x
