Talk: Dealing with anxiety.

The talk will be based around dealing with emotions and stress through Hypnotherapy and Emotional Freedom Techniques and how individuals can use techniques to help themselves during fertility investigations and treatment.

The group is open to anyone affected by a fertility issue, both individuals and couples. It is very informal and provides a fantastic opportunity to get face-face support, meet professionals from the field, discuss services, listen to expert talks, and speak to others who really understand what you are going through.

When: 2nd Tuesday of every month

Time: 6:30pm – 8:30pm

Venue: Media point room (upstairs, opposite the door to the corridor), Chapter Arts Centre, Market Road, Canton, Cardiff, CF5 1QE

* Car parking can be difficult in Chapter’s own car park but there is another car park across the road.. see here goo.gl/maps/Kh4wcvNGyUE2
