IVF & trying to conceive supplements

Hey,

Just wondered if it’s ok to take trying to conceive supplements whilst going through IVF treatment?

I am currently taking nafarelin nasal spray and start with my injections end of November. Any advice about taking or not taking them would be great, thank you

Pls take supplements during your ivf treatment. My consultant advised my husband and I to take supplement before and after ivf as its not harmful. But let them know the supplements you are taking, just to clear your mind of any doubts.

Hi Pancake. I always feel there is no need to overdo supplements. A good quality pre-conception multi-vitamin that contains the correct amount of Folic Acid and Vitamin D that you need, should suffice. If you are thinking of anything else, then best to clear it with your clinic/specialist first. Hope all goes well. Diane
