So obviously I’m older with lower AMH but the Clinic are basically saying the last cycle was an anomaly, and want to do exactly the same again but starting on Menopur 375iu. I’m worried my body has changed and this really isn’t going to work. Plus I’m worried higher dose will yield a lesser quality of egg. This is our LAST ever try, so I want it to be right.
Anyone got any words of wisdom??

I don’t have any outcomes yet but my clinic did the same. Would not change the protocol, however this time we ended up with more embryos than our first cycle.
My clinic are putting me on 150 Gonal-f and 150 Monopur this time (not tried Menopur before). When I asked whether the dose of Menopur should be higher they said it didn't give any significantly better results. Sometimes I think clinics are using their best guesses as it seems from this forum alone women are giving completely conflicting advice depending on where they go for treatment. We had success on AMH of around 8 in 2016 and now AMH is around 5 - we are also on last cycle so everything counts.
