Looking for assurance

Hello everyone one

I am going to have 4 th embryo transfer which is a frozen one on Friday

This was my third egg retrieval and we got three good quality embryos , 4AA, 4AB and 3 AA

My gynecologist said he is going to transfer the 4AA embryo

My lining is good and I never had any issues with the lining

Estradiol levels are also good

And currently I am using progesterone pessaries

I just wanted to know the success rates of 4AA embryo

Is it still possible for cycle to fail despite of a good quality embryo and good lining

I feel that endometriosis might interfere with the implantation process

Did anyone have a similar situation

And to women who got a positive pregnancy test what was your embryo grade

I would say you have a great chance. Unfortunately, there are no guarantees in IVF so even with a high quality embryo and a great lining your chances are around 50%. 4AA is excellent quality though so this puts you in a good position. I've had a BFP with a 5AA, a BFN with a 5AA and now again a BFP with a 5AB so with top quality embryos it's gone both ways for me. The best thing you can do is remain positive and hope for the best as it's all down to nature now xx

Good luck lovely. You have good quality embryos so once the consultant has transferred your precious embryo, just wait & let Mother Nature do her job. Fingers crossed this is your time. Don’t waste too much energy on predicting the outcome and just focus on you, keep calm and stress free. Fingers crossed for you Xx

My little boy was a 3AB, who is absolutely perfect. I had even better quality ones on different treatments and constantly got negatives or miscarried, I’m not convinced on this numbers and letters game, but good luck, I have everything crossed for you!!!

I am really hoping for a wonder this time

I do have other two embryos 4AB and 3AA

But dnt wanna fail this time

I feel so lonely and empty in my heart which no words can explain

Really need to get out of this phase

By the way I have one thing to cheer about

I have passed the entrance examination for PhD in medicine

So got my project and looking to start my academic next year

So this will keep me busy

And I have something to be proud about

I know you all understand how it feels when you are the one without kids while the rest of your friends keep talking about how difficult it is to look after kids

And you have nothing to boast about or talk about

Sorry for ranting

But I dnt have anyone to talk about these feelings

I know just how you feel Sweetheart143. It's so sad all of us with that empty feeling and feeling so alone you don't realise there are so many people feeling the same way. It all gets bottled up because that's the only way you can cope sometimes. I am amazed by everyone's courage and there are so many supportive people in these forums all rooting for each other. It's lovely.
