I’ve definitely lost my mind... 5DPT

I’ve been Sat here for 30mins analysing a shadow on a HCG test strip. 😂

What do you think? Am I Clutching at straws?

I knew I wouldn’t hold out until OTD but thought atleast I could start testing from days 7-9.

Although this shadow confirms nothing....... it’s given me a little hope as I was beginning to loose it all.

I was cramping from transfer day 0

slight nausea and metallic taste day 1

Intense AF cramps and Back ache day 2-4😖

And today nothing..... nothing at all day 5!!!!!

Looking back on my previous posts from my last transfer, I had all the symptoms by now that I’m so desperately looking out for.

Sore boobs

Spotting

Fatigue

Nausea

This time around is totally different.... there’s absolutely nothing... Sighhhhhhhh...

5 days is too early. You need atleast 7 if it was 5 day transfer. It could be your trigger shot or watermark line as it is very very faint. I would give it a few days and re test or buy a first response. The ones you have are really no good and bad for watermarks xx

Eeek... yes I know 5 days is still so very early so I’m definitely not getting my hopes up just yet. I didn’t have a trigger as it was a FET this time.

I will test again 7dpt with a frer, just didn’t want to waste them.

P.s I had very bad AF pains throughout particularly bad 3 days before my period was due which never arrived & got my BFP instead who is now my 3 month old daughter who is asleep on me as I type! I was very convinced my period was coming 😆 shows what I know! 😆 af & pregnancy symptoms are identical & impossible to tell apart.

The only other symptom I had was breast pain & missed period.

I could’ve write this post 10months ago🤣you sound and act the same way I did that time on 5dp5dt and today I’m just holding in my arm my one month old son! I still remember the feeling when I was analysing similar test with the shadow (although in my case the line was even more faint then yours !!) and on this 5dp I had no symptoms at all...

To me your test it’s positive and I hope it is really for you!! Congratulations 💜❤️💙

I did actually get a BFP 4mnths ago which sadly ended @6+3 so now I do know my worrying, nerves and anxiety will only get worse once BFP is confirmed. But I’m definitely pleased to see something this early even if it’s only a squinter 🤗🤗🤗

Oh I’m so sorry for your loose!!!

I too had earlier mmc from FET (7wks+1)but with me this was a 1year earlier and I know what you might be feeling now but hold your breath girl, take each day as it goes and try to enjoy them as they go if possible (I know easier said then done). With me I was first trying to reach to first scan then to 12wks scan and suddenly I was getting closer and closer to dd date- I wish the same outcome to you😘

Hi, I see 2 lines and I got my positive at 4dp 5dt so it is possible. The line got darker each day. Good luck, it looks promising. x

Yayyyyyy!!!! Love this!! I tested my trigger out and started with positives at 5dp5dt so it is totally believable !! I did cheaper tests until 7 days and hey were all faint getting more positive with stronger lines they’re going to no matter what brand you use so don’t worry there.

I did clear blue around 6-7 dpt and they were soooo faint no even recognisable but the cheaper tests were more so!! People do them with all sorts of brands that show fainter results than others. Just don’t do a test and then let it sit for 30 mins or more as it’s just evaporation lines and it’s a dream crusher!

We all do it all test early and know we can’t 100% believe the results either way until OTD but were all in the same boat. I have everything crossed for you darling and good luck xxxx

I definitely see a line I was a serial tester when I was going through my ivf, I had a clear line on a first response early test at 6 days past my frozen transfer (I posted a photo on this forum at the time) I know have a beautiful 7month old daughter! Wishing you lots of luck!! 😘 xx

I see a line! My symptoms didn’t start til later with my second bfp compared to my first one last year (which ended in mmc) so don’t panic! Apparently every pregnancy is different. How exciting, I’m really hopeful for you 🤞🤞 xx
