Doctors advise it should be over 30 for confirmed ovulation but you may have ovulated later than day 14 so I wouldn’t worry too much. Maybe get tested again next month.

I agree with Jaygee, 21 isnt high enough to show ovulation. You should discuss with your GP about retesting. Is your cycle normally 28 day if not ovulation may not be at the expected time and you may have to adjust what day you have this repeated on.xx
