IVF - First Consultation

Hi. Tomorrow I start my very first step in IVF at Liverpool Women's hospital. I have my first consultation. Although im not nervous at all, I thought chatting to other who have also been through the IVF stages would be good. What is to be expected at the first appointment? Also has anyone been to Liverpool Women's Thanks so much

Hope it goes well today for you ... 1st appointment is probably fact finding so the consultant can advise best possible plan for you.

Hi I’m currently there, are you an nhs patient or private? I have found them really good. I’m a private patient though and I’m not sure if it makes a difference as I haven’t experienced being an nhs patient. Good luck with your journey. X

Today went so well. Really well organised at Liverpool Hewitt 😊 Had one last blood test right at the end and have my next appointment booked in a couple of weeks to discuss the results and next steps ☺ So exciting.
