Day 4 of bemfola and feeling exhausted today. It’s my birthday and I’ve hardly done anything apart from laze around 😂 ovaries feel a bit heavy but might just be in my mind.

It’s definitely not just your mind ... they will be growing for sure.

Why not laze around all day ... you deserve the rest lovely, your body is being tired out with all this growing follicles lark!

I was whacked on day 4 .. it’s exhausting.
