I feel for you. Sorry to hear of your chemical, it’s so heartbreaking. Would you consider going abroad for treatment? Reason I ask is we ended up going to a Greek clinic after multiple failures over here and they managed to get us pregnant as they are so much more clued up about male issues (though I am unfortunately miscarrying). It was significantly cheaper too - €4,000 for two cycles and no extra charge for ICSI and IMSI. They put him on a sperm improvement protocol and added prednisolone 5mg a day for three months to bring down his levels before treatment. There is evidence that treatment with corticosteroids before doing IVF improves outcomes for men with ASA.
Another thing we tried was high dose zinc sulphate which has a similar effect though not quite as good as prednisolone. The studies all involve very high amounts so you’d need to work out the maximum he can take without causing toxicity - maybe follow the NICE guidelines - and ensure he supplements with copper.
Best of luck - we are going to go back to this while trying naturally again but next round will probably be donor sperm.
