Where can I buy a Gonal F pen other than Asda?

Hi,

I need 1 Gonal F pen (900). My clinic charges £300 and Asda is £340 which i was surprised about as they're usually much cheaper.

Please let me know any other places to buy, much appreciated!! X

You could try Stork, Ive seen a few ladies on here use them if you have a prescription. Might be worth a shout. Another one to try and get a quote from is Fertility 2 U xx

No worries, always worth a shot! Hopefully fertility2U will be better, fingers crossed!xx

Hi, I was on the Gonal F 300 pen. Is the 900 just a bigger capacity? If so it might be worth considering buying 3 x 300 pens as they're only £42 each (Fertility2u). I was on a 275 dose so used up the previous day's leftover first and made up the difference with a new pen so its perfectly possible to make up doses from more than one pen. The instructions on how to do this are included, it's easy. It means more injections but I did it and saved myself £100 this way.

Thanks for your reply. Yes the 900 is a bigger capacity. Stork quoted me £112.80 for 1 pen (300). I'm waiting for Fertility2u to reply but that sounds great if they're 42 each! Thanks again!

No they were more expensive. I tried Asda, Sainsbury's, Tesco, Stork and Fertility2u and believe it or not the clinic's pharmacy was the cheapest option.

Seems like only some medication is cheaper with places like Asda but not all.

Have you tried LLoyds Pharmacy? - They're online too. My clinic charges £150 more for the Lubion that I buy at Lloyds. Don't know about Gonal F pen however but could be worth checking w them.
