Can someone please tell me how much am ERA test costs at your clinic please?
Also how does it work? When in the cycle is the biopsy/scratch taken? Is it before ovulation? Do you have to have a certain lining thickness or impending ovulation or can it be done at any time on your cycle? Do you need to take medication? I thought I ovulated naturally every month but now I'm not sure...
I'm meant to be have my first get this all but my lining is only 7.3mm and my follicle is only 12mm I'm day 13 today and I just don't think I'm going to ovulate this cycle. Instead of wasting this cycle I'd like to do the era test but not sure how much it costs or what's involved.

Hi i don't know much about the process yet. My doctor has recommended it after 2 failed FETs but I have taken a break until October so will not get much info about it until I see him. I do remember him saying I would have to take all medication as if preparing for FET and then get it done
My Spanish clinic quoted me 850 euros to do it over there or £850 to do it at their sister clinic in London. I hope someone who has gone through it replies as I will also be very interested.
I had an ERA after our 5th failed FET. It cost £1000. It is like a smear/scratch... a bit uncomfortable but I took paracetamol 30 mins before hand. I ended up doing a ‘mock’ medicated cycle as if I was doing a cycle because my cycles are so irregular etc.
It was sent off and I think it was 2 to 4 weeks later we had the results.
Hi, yes it did, I was pre receptive so I had to have 2 further doses of progesterone to bring me into the receptive window. Unfortunately the transfer was unsuccessful! But we have 2 more attempts so we shall see and just keep hoping 🌸
