FET, downregging with nasal spray

Hi All,

I am currently downregging with the busserlin nasal spray in preparation for FET. I started on the 27th of July (21st day) I should have had a bleed on the around the 4th of August but there is no sign of it as yet. Usually my cycle is like clockwork but Im late by 3days and I know sometimes it can play up but I don't even feel it's coming no symptoms at all. I took a pregnancy test on Monday one the cheap ones and it was negative. Last two days I have been having a tingling feel on my right breast quite weird.

I have used the spray for fresh cycle in March and didn't have this issue. Baseline scan is booked for the 13th of August. Any advice??
