What should you do if your morning pesserie almost entirely comes out?

I had a bad tummy ache this morning and had to “go”

Do I pop another one in or not?

If it was pretty much when you inserted it you got an upset tummy you can do another one then try and wait an hour till you go to the loo if possible it happened me a few times so I just redone it my nurse said this was fine good luck there not nice but so essential xx

I would do another one, these things happen. Even if some absorbed from the first one I'm sure it wouldnt be much and a little extra will do no harm. That's what my clinic told me when I messed up my progesterone injection one day and decided to start again with a fresh vial, I potentially got a bit more than the 25mg but they were happy with this x

I was told it only takes 20 mins to absorb so if it was after this you should be fine x
