Has anyone heard of or tried supplementing with acetyl l-carnitine? I’ve been taking it over the past few months along with a bunch of other supplements and now not sure it was a good choice...we’re starting IVF again and I’m hoping it hasn’t worked against me?! Part of me wants to delay the cycle ...
