BFP for our miracle baby

Hi all...

So today was test day... we got a BFP!

My blood test showed my HCG level as 171, the nurse said this was really good.

I can’t get my head around the fact I can say I’m pregnant, I know it’s really early days and the baby is just a small bunch of cells but it’s so amazing already.

We have our pregnancy scan booked for mid August, I’ll have peace of mind and feel happier once I’ve seen my little baby on the screen and know he or she is okay and doing well.

I don’t know how to feel about it just yet, it’s abit surreal and I’m just going to enjoy the moment but for now, we’re happy and taking each day as it comes. 💕☺️

Ahh thank you 😊 I’ve been cramping a lot since I found out but I’m taking that as a good sign, I’ve had no spotting so I’m hoping the cramping is just baby settling in nicely and getting comfy 🤞🏻💕. My first pregnancy scan is two weeks away but feels like years! Just want it to be here so I can see baby and know it’s all okay 🤞🏻👍🏻

I know it’s worrying but some cramping is completely normal in pregnancy it’s where the uterus is expanding to accommodate your growing baby 👶🏻 I had cramps & I also had bleeding with both my full term pregnancies & all was fine spotting is very common in early pregnancy. Also normal for symptoms to come & go this is due to the body getting used to the pregnancy hormones & only when levels surge do you get symptoms & some women have no symptoms at all & have healthy babies. I will be honest I couldn’t “relax” my whole pregnancy until my daughter arrived safely. The waiting is torturous but hope all goes well at your scan xoxo

So true, I’m trying my best to relax and be positive. I’m cramping a lot since Friday when I found it I was pregnant, it comes and goes and only lasts a few minutes, just feels like period pains. I have read a lot that this is normal, it just feels like the worst is happening. I’ve had no bleeding at all so I’ve taken that as a really good sign.

Wish I could see what’s going on in there and know baby is okay, and not rely on scans etc 💕🤞🏻 xx
