Just had my embryo transfer.

I got told- no heavy lifting, no hot baths/hot water bottles/sauna/jacuzzi etc. Basically to rest and not over do it! I had my transfer today, going to be a long 2 weeks!

So exciting, welcome to the 2ww! Wishing you lots of luck and a speedy two weeks wait! 🍀💪🤞🌈I had my first embryo transfer yesterday. I have been recommended lots of rest, a healthy diet, lots of Netflix and the mindfulness IVF app or headspace. xxx

Not heard of those apps but I'll look them up now ta x

Agree with the mindfulness app, it’s really helping me not going completely insane - the one I use is called mindful IVF. Masses of luck! xx

I got told to be active , go out for walks, drink loads of water, no heavy lifting but you can do a little house work they told me to take a few days off then i can go back to work. Good luck everyone 🌈🌈🌈🌈😁😁
