Two week wait

So now back home and trying to balance restlessness with resting. Back to work Monday. Any tips or suggestions greatly welcome.

Watch 'Dark' on Netflix. You'll be concentrating so hard trying to remember who is who in the different timelines you won't be thinking about implantation!! Hope the wait doesn't drag too much and ends in a lovely BFP for you xxx

So started off just going out for walks but ended up dong bit of hoovering, mopping. Just finding it really hard to get a balance. Back to work Monday so won't have much chance to think then

Try Headspace App for 5 minutes a day, this helped me. I also visualized the little embryo getting nestled in! If that doesn’t help, it’s back to Netflix! Good Girls is quite funny. Best of luck x

There’s also the mindful ivf app, you have to pay for some of it but I found it really helpful during my 2ww. As others have said nice walks, spending time with friends and watching series, I got into modern family over mine, there are a lot of episodes!xxx

Thanks. I'm trying. Use to love modern family. And I haven't told everyone about it, so then have to explain no coffee alcohol etc. But got family friends stuff at weekend. 😊
