Blood clot tests

One of the things my clinic has suggested is that I get some tests for blood clots in hope it will prevent another chemical pregnancy. Apparently a low dose of heparin will be prescribed if I come up positive for anything. These tests are expensive. Wondering if anyone else had such tests and they made a difference? Any experience will be useful to hear about pls.

I have had one blood clotting test through GP. It’s was all ok but my clinic insists on everyone going on aspirin and clexane daily for 12 weeks following transfer. Maybe you could ask your clinic about it. Good luck x

I took aspirin for my go first 3 cycles which all resulted in BFN. Following natural killer cell tests I was advised not to use aspirin this time and I got a positive but it was a chemical. Now I'm wondering if I need them. I might ask my GP if they would do them for me. I doubt it but I could ask.

I’m only on baby aspirin 75mg. Everyone is different so hard to get this ivf right x

I know. I hate that we have to research everything by ourselves. Like becoming doctors and trying to know what works for our body. I did the baby aspirin thing too.
