Negative response to embryo transfer - migraine, sickness, temperature

Im wondering if anyone has had a similar negative response to an embryo transfer as me. I’ve had two negative rounds of IVF (one fresh, one FET) both 5 day transfers of 5AA embryos and neither have worked. In both cases on 1dp5dt I’ve woke up with a severe migraine, nausea, hot flushes with body temperature constantly fluctuating. The migraine lasts for 3 days and then everything totally stops. I took part in a trial looking at immune responses and everything came back as ‘normal’. We now have to go private and met with the consultant the other day. He says it’s a ‘very rare response due to temperature change’. He is wondering if it’s to do with the actual embryo transfer procedure that is triggering this reaction. He doesn’t think that it’s due to the hormone meds as I was on two totally different protocols and got the same reaction. I agree with that is before the embryo transfer I’m fine and for the majority of the two week wait I’m fine, it’s just the first few days

Just wondering if anyone out there has experienced this?

Any help would be gratefully received.

Hello Minkrey1 yes I’ve had these symptoms but didn’t start until 4 days after transfer! I started sweating then getting chills. Migraine that lasted 3 days with feeling of sickness, tummy cramps and bloating, spotting which then progressed to a heavy bleed 7 days after transfer. Still bleeding but testing tomorrow but would be amazed at a positive outcome.
