😢 grading

Anybody had any luck with a D grade embryo is there any point transferring? Xxx

Lots of clinics (mine included) dont even grade any more. Some clinics are starting to use embryos they would have historically discarded and not seen a difference in their overall success rates.

So please don't worry too much about the grade of your embryo. Wishing you all the best xx

Yes there’s always a chance. Mine weren’t graded by a letter like yours but weren’t good. On my sixth cycle I had two embryos on day 2. One was one cell and one was an average two cell, it was devastating - the clinic said they didn’t hold out much hope but would pop them both in on day 2... one stuck! You just never know. Hi Boo. It's always worth putting an embryo back where he/she belongs - in you! I have known successes with all levels of grading, so as long as it survives there is that chance. Thinking of you. Diane

If the embryologist has advised on a transfer, there is always a chance. We’ve had 3 transfers of not so great embryos and the last transfer worked x
