So we had 4 embryos frozen AA AB AB and one that was crap and ungraded.
Results are in for pgd the 3 top graded embryos are 1 abnormal and 2 mosaic
The crap ungraded one is normal but little to no chance of implanting. So we are back to square one thousands of pounds out of pocket and absolutely nothing to show for it.
And FYI the 3 top graded ones were double donors the crap one was donors egg and hubbys sperm. Absolute waste of time effort and money. Gutted and raging 😤 xxx

Have you asked the clinic about the level of mosaic your embryos are? I read many stories were mosaic embryos make successful pregnancies. Has your clinic given you the option to transfer the mosaic embryos? I would still feel hopeful about your normal embie tough.... Can I ask what grade it is? Sending you hugs xxxx
Hiya we haven’t been given the grading of our embryo but I’m going to contact them and ask I’m also going to ask the level of the mosaic. They have implied that we ditch the mosaic ones and that the normal embryo is very poor they don’t think it will defrost. It just goes to show that the grading AA AB etc doesn’t really mean anything xxx I think I’ve just had enough to be honest it’s round 4 and we are no further on xxx
Hey Boo, Im sorry to hear this and not surprised that you are devastated. I was going to ask the same as Lorita below. Im sure Ive heard of a few success stories with mosiacs depending on the level of mosaicism. Your clinic may allow you to transfer the best ones?! Sending hugs.xx
That’s so frustrating and disappointing. Would your clinic let you transfer the normal but poor quality embryo? Would it be worth a try even if it’s a low chance? I’m about to do my fourth transfer with two grade CC. None of my AA/AB have led to live birth so I’m wondering if you’re normal embryo might be a similar grade and worth a try.
