Vitamins during IVF

Hi all

I start IVF in the next 2 months and wondered if there were any vitamins you would advise taking? All the doctor said was folic acid but I want to maximise my chances!

High strength vitamin D, vitamin e and a good multivitamin

Vitamin D, and Pregnacare vitamins from Vitabiotics (you can usually get 3 for 2 in Tesco). Daily baby aspirin 75mg. Wishing you all the best x

I just took a simple pregnancy supplement - Pregnacare - and nothing else. Wishing you all the best!

I took pregnancare max and my hubbie took condensyl.

Vit e , D, pregacare pre-conception, macca and then the usual.

Apparently don’t take vit E after transfer as it makes the uterus contract so I have been old x
