Anyone know what to bring or prepare for first fertility appointment at hospital. Just been referred from Gp’s.

If it’s the same as my hospital you should take photo ID, preferably your passport. If you have a partner they’ll need to take it too.

Other than that I don’t remember being asked to take anything - they’ll have been sent the test results of any your GP has ordered before the referral.

May be worth giving your clinic a quick ring though just to put your mind at ease. Good luck!

Hello

The GP is usually sent a copy of the letter too (to file in your notes) so you could ask the GP surgery??

My first ever appointment I don't think I brought anything but when I was starting IVF I needed to bring my passport (and my bf brought his) and my immunisation certificate (for the MMR).

Hope this helps
