False positive ??

This is my first round of IVF and the 2ww is sending me a little crazy. I had my trigger shot on the 5th. Yesterday I took a clear blue pregnancy test and it came back positive (within 40mins) I took another one at the medical centre which came back negative (not sure on the brand) so that night I took a first response which shows a faint line. Today I took a first response dip and read pregnancy test which came back neg not even a faint line so today again I took another clear blue which says the same thing as yesterday “pregnant 1-2weeks) now I know why they say to wait until blood test. Has anyone experienced anything similar and got a BFP on blood test??

How many days post transfer are you and how old was the embryo 5 or 3 day? There could be a couple of scenarios going on, you could have had a chemical pregnancy where the embryo has started to implant but no longer is. Or that you hopefully have an early positive and some of the tests arent able to pick up hCG yet. First Response Early Result as the most sensitive ones out there and always use your first morning urine. Good luck!xx

Thank you for your reply !! Was a 5 day embryo, was transferred on the 12th so about 10days post transfer now. I am booked In for bloods for the 24th so two days away.
