I’ve not had any success conceiving naturally but I did get some reflexology treatment and I’ve been doing acupuncture before during and after my last IVF cycle and even though I’m not pregnant yet both did help me feel a lot calmer, I slept better and we got better quality embryos in our last IVF cycle. I strongly believe that the acupuncture has made a difference. I think once you find a good therapist that specialises in fertility issues it really just comes down to preference, if I could afford to do both regularly I would! Good luck x

With regular reflexology I suddenly conceived twice naturally but lost both unfortunately

I struggled after having my first child. 6 years later I conceived after 8 acupuncture sessions and drinking herbs daily. I was told I had hit an early menopause and was given ivf details as my only route to try for another baby. Didnt need it as acupuncture did the trick and second child is now nearly 7! Hope this helps x

I've had reflexology ahead of our first ICSI cycle in 2017 but then continued with acupuncture during our first and second ICSI cycle - both helped, I feel. I'm currently receiving pre-birth acupuncture as I am almost at full term - less is more in the latter stages of pregnancy but acupuncturist will guide you sensitively through the process. It's effective on many levels, not least when the baby is in breach position. Good luck.
