Myself and my husband are currently under the fertility clinic. He has issues of his own, sperm problems etc,
I have two small Endometriomas one in each ovary, small in size last time they were checked. We’ve been trying to have a baby for over 2 years now, we’ve established problems with my husband and the endo with me, I have fertility appt in July again to see what the next steps are, I really don’t know where my head is at!! I’ve been offered surgery but I don’t know what to do, as they as small, I don’t want to have surgery and then ruin my chances of having. a baby as I’ve heard surgery can cause more damage than leaving them.
What’s everyones opinions xx

I was in a similar situation to you but my endometriosis was severe I have one 4cm cyst on the right and a 3cm cyst on the left, when I spoke to my consultant they told me not to have surgery as there is still follicles and I could damage the rest of the ovary!
I went through short protocol and got 5 eggs which fertilised and had 2 5day blasto transferred I’m currently on 2WW ! Ask if your clinic offers IMSI they choose the best of the best sperm which creates a better quality egg.
