Baths during 2ww

What’s people’s thoughts on baths during 2ww

They normally advise no baths but showering is fine. To be honest I avoided having a bath until I was 7 months pregnant as I was so anxious something would go wrong. Good luck xx

Really I just want to chill in the bath guess I’ll have to stick to showers xxx

I've been told that baths are a no-no during the 2WW and maybe also slightly longer.

I was advised same baths were a no no. Nice long shower x

Hi I have asked them this morning actually just after my transfer and they said yes no problems. I think hot baths are not advisable later on in pregnancy x

My doctor advised no baths for 3 days after transfer (IVF) or during 2WW for rnatural conception but after that was fine

I skip it. Then again I don't really have the time for baths.

Ah Jade3, I'm such a bath person too and they give me so much comfort when I feel like rubbish! This time I decided to follow all advise and didn't have a bath during the 2ww, only showers. I'm 8w+4days and have had a couple of warm baths since and seem to be ok. Not super hot though (like I like them!!).

I love a bath and my clinic said a warm bath is fine just not a hot bath or jacuzzi 🤷🏼‍♀️
