Hi dear

I dnt have a success story but I have a similar case like you

Severe ovarian endometriosis with frozen pelvis

Very large ovarian cysts ,bilateral

Have been suggested surgical intervention

AMH 1.84

Will go for MRI on 21st this month to decide the right kind of surgery, aspiration or cystectomy or partial cystectomy

Already had two failed ivf cycles

So bascically I am back to the place where I started one year ago

Really no hopes

I am tired of being strong since my diagnosis two years ago

But have to go on with the treatment

Dealing with really difficult issues , it’s hard to explain.

But my husband is very supportive that is the only the ray of hope in my life right now

Just wanted to tell you that you are not alone

Pls stay strong

And keep me updating

Take care

Hi sweetheart143, Thank you for reply. Everything you have said is what I am going through. I relate to you. I had one failed cycle last year and earlier this year a cancelled cycle. I also had my mri scan last week and it's major, very difficult issues too! I had a laporosopy last year and had one fallopian tube removed and chocolate cyst, adhesion. The fallopian tube that is left needs to be removed as it's swollen, plus cysts in both ovaries. I am going to have surgery again to remove the fallopian tube, strink the cysts and clear any adhesions if possible. Surgery scheduled for end of this month. As my amh is low, there is only so much that can be done surgery wise at the moment. I have also been told to do a hysteroscopy, where they take a picture inside the womb at the same time of doing the laparoscopy. As this will help the ivf clinic see the exact condition of the womb and help with treatment for further ivf. As my amh is low, we have been told that we may have a better change with ivf using donor eggs instead of my own. We still want to try with my own at the moment. Even if it is one or two eggs. It's alot of money but have to keep going. It's so hard emotionally and mentally now but like you I have a very supportive family who are amazing and feel very blessed to have but sometimes when it's just you in your own world it's tough because it's you and your body going through this and no one else. We just have to keep going. All the best with your mri scan, do let me know how you get on. Also are you taking any supplements/vitamins? I am currently taking procieve max strength multivitamins daily, 600mg coQ10, dhea 75mg, fish oil 3000mg daily. No caffeine, alcohol and more fruit and veg, not a great lover of veg but trying. Keep me posted! And thanks again for reaching out.

Hi dear

You are right , at the end of the day we are alone as this is our body , we have to suffer alone

It’s hard to explain the constant dull pain I have all the time 😞

About the supplements, no I have not been recommended any even when I asked

Even I fear that I may have to use donor eggs at some point which I really dnt want to , although my husband is ok with it

I so badly want my own baby with features resembling me , I want to say he or she looks like me and be proud of it

But that seems impossible at this point

Even with my two previous failed cycles they couldn’t get enough eggs

So surgery may completely remove all the remaining eggs and that’s disastrous ☹️

I hope we have some good news soon

Will pray for you

And I will keep updating you

Hi, Pink!

I can't say that my case is successful but still, I decided to share it. I am almost 39 and had 1 failed IVF+OE in the past and 1 failed ICSI with DE. Not so long time ago I had my FET+DE with only one pgs tested embryo and on the 9th of May I was hcg tested and got bfp. Due to my health issues, it will be very hard to save my pregnancy and have a very small chance for that so that is why I'm not sure if I can consider this attempt as successful yet. Anyway, I am pregnant and will do my best to keep it. My AMH is only 0.3.

Did you hear about new Mitochondrial Donation therapy? It may help, I think.

Hi SunnyDream, Thank you for your message. Congratulations on your pregnancy. I really pray you will be able to carry your baby full term! I haven't heard of Mitochondrial Donation therapy. I will check it out. We all have a story, it is so hard but we will still keep going and have hope. You have come a long way and I wish you all the best. Take care x

I'm no expert on these things, but mesotherapy to ovaries might work for you, as it improves eggs quality. x
