Day 3 transfer success stories please
I have had a day 3 transfer. Pregnant. The only thing I know about the difference between 3 day and 5 day is that it's easier to grade them at 5 days. I'd say put it back where it belongs. Best of luck with whatever you choose though.
Hi Lyn. Just remember years ago before we knew about blastocyst transfers, we could only do Day 3 transfers. I have several albums of babies that prove it can work. Fingers crossed for you. Diane
As DianeArnold said, for the longest time three day old was as far as they let them go before transfer. And as Muppetgirl says it’s easier to grade at Five days. But that’s all statistics. Statistically, better graded eggs have better outcomes, but babies come from all grades of eggs, so don’t sweat bullets about grades.
Hi I had 2 day transfer- one egg now a one year old they said as there was only the one egg-as long as it was dividing ok there was no point waiting x good luck x
Thank you for your replies i had my transfer this afternoon
