Currently injecting Burserelin for our first FET. Started on day 21 and started bleeding on day 33 which is exactly when I would expect my usual period. Only issue is it seemed lighter than normal and didn’t last as long. Was only a day and a half and I usually have at least two days fairly heavy.
I have a scan on Tuesday and I’m really worried that the lining won’t be thin enough to proceed 😩 I can see how it will be thin enough to be honest. Really really worried now.
Anyone had a lighter than normal period and still had a thin enough lining?
Thanks in advance x

Hi... don't worry this is perfectly normal! My Dr told me it won't be like a normal period. He said it will be light and only last a few days and he was right. It's not supposed to be like a normal period would be. Don't panic! 😊
Thank you, that’s good to hear. My clinic didn’t tell me anything about what to expect and when I told the nurse when I called to book the scan I thought it seemed too light she just said ‘it might get heavier’ 🙄
Just so desperately don’t want the transfer cancelled or delayed now I’ve geared myself up to it!
Yes! It's all a big worry lol. It's a shame you weren't given the same advise as me from the start as I knew what to expect i didn't worry at all. But it's all good, sounds just how it was supposed to be :))... I also started Burserelin on day 21, had 3 days light bleeding and my lining was fine at my scan xx
