Final scan before FET on Monday

Having a scan today to check for the corpus luteum. I am so nervous, nervous for today, nervous for Monday nervous for test day.

I’m scared after all that I’ve gone through, the embryo won’t make it.

I’m also scared that I will end up with a BFN or another non viable pregnancy.

Anyone have any advice on coping with all the what if’s? X

Good luck to you for all stages. The only advice I can suggest is mindfulness. It helps us to stop thinking of all the different outcomes that may be. At the end of the day, whatever will happen will happen and you just have to try to focus on positive thoughts. It's very hard but you will get through each step each day. Big hugs to you xxx

Hello, I am in the same boat, final scan today and hopefully retrieval on Monday ... I am so nervous, I responded to the medication super fast this time ( it is my 3rd cycle) so I am very worried that something will go wrong ... wishing you good luck xx fingers crossed for us both x

Yes it can, unfortunately it is all out of our hands ... going through it for a couple of years now I have learned to just go with the flow... last month I had 25 follicles growing, everything was great and a few days before retrieval I got a terrible sinus infection I had to stop everything and cancel the treatment, it was heart breaking but I got over it and here I am again

Try to relax and stay positive x all will be ok

I dont think there are any tips to cope with the what if's. All I can say is try to focus on now not later....one day at a time! Im a bit of a what if person and you cant truly make it go away (or I havent found a way) but each hurdle is a hurdle over so try not to look to far towards the finishing line!! Wisihing you lots of luck.xxx
